Qualification Requirements

Proven experience in web development and web design projects, ideally in telecom or IT technology;
Strong hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks);
Good understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design;
Practical knowledge in the introduction of new software development processes;
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and best practices;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving platforms and technologies;

Role Outline
The Web Developer (Designer) contributes to the design, development, and continuous improvement of Camusat’s digital platforms. The role combines front-end development, UI/UX design, and platform integration, ensuring that web applications are intuitive, performant, and aligned with business and operational needs.
You will work closely with technical, operational, and business teams to deliver high-quality web solutions, support platform evolution, and enhance user experience across internal and client-facing systems.
Work to develop and maintain existing platform architecture in order to support the business operations, most of the platforms are in the energy domain or field management resources. Responsible for end-to-end platform integration and deployment.
Perform day-to-day task management, prioritizing task based on daily demand.

Main responsibilities
Is responsible to acquire a perfect understanding & knowledge of Camusat digital platforms, their purpose and features;
Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces aligned with UX/UI best practices;
Translate functional and business requirements into efficient and maintainable web solutions;
Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, validation, and continuous improvement of web modules;
Test the modules before implementation, keeps a track with the changes and support the integration process;
Support the team in development and implementation of new processes and methods;
Support the integration of web applications with existing platforms and backend services;
Support the requester in development of reference software architectures and preparation of the associated software components;
Maintain and improve existing web pages, dashboards, and reports to enhance usability and performance;
Track changes, document updates, and support release and deployment activities;
Detect, document, and report bugs or inconsistencies, supporting corrective actions with development teams;
Provide in-house and client training related to web platforms and features;
Monitor platform usage and user feedback, contributing to KPI-driven improvements.
Detects and documents any bugs of the newly developed features or inadvertence comparing to their purpose, prepares the defects to be corrected report for the software development.
