ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience
- Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict
- Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Time management and organization skills
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics
- Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications (SAP is mandatory)
- English medium level required
Descrierea jobului
Managing marketing materials, ensuring a suitable storage space for the company’s resources. Proper handling and providing logistics for sending these materials across the country in a timely manner before the start of activation periods, so they are available to end users on time without negatively impacting marketing programs. Managing all resources related to the smooth operation of the marketing warehouse – including budget administration, personnel, and all material, financial, and human resources to ensure proper activity flow. Efficiency in space utilization.
YOUR NEW TASKS:
- Lead and mentor the warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop staff training programs
- Develop effective working relationships, based on trust, with all internal collaborators from Marketing, Sales, Finance, Security, and Procurement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Communicates effectively with material suppliers and establishes partnerships so that materials are delivered according to a schedule, in such a way that the marketing warehouse does not become overcrowded beyond its functional capacity
- Ensure a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to industry regulations and company policies
