- Greet guests in a warm and professional manner
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders
- Provide detailed information on menu items and make recommendations when appropriate
- Ensure timely and proper service of food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas before, during, and after service
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle guest requests and complaints with grace and efficiency
- Follow hotel standards and health & safety regulations
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity
- Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and provide personalized service
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including tools, glassware, and stock
- Monitor and manage inventory, restock supplies as needed
- Follow proper cash handling and point-of-sale procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Stay updated on new drink trends and contribute to cocktail menu innovation
- Work closely with the service team to coordinate bar orders during peak hours
