Candidatul Ideal
- Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager;
- Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio;
- Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation.
Descrierea jobului
- Develops and implements the highest standards of Visual Merchandising to ensure that the appearance of the store reflects the brand image;
- Participates in developing strategies and organizing promotion campaigns for existing and new products in order to maximize sales;
- Coordinates and supervise the Merchandising team, understands and ensures that all the necessary procedures are fulfilled with regard to: the positioning of furniture, installation of décor and displays, posting promotional marketing materials and changing them to promote new product launches or reflecting festive / seasonal themes, product positioning, etc.;
- Checks daily the stock level of the products in the promotion, the availability of the products on the shelves and the correctness of the prices for a correct merchandising;
- Permanently assimilates information regarding the portfolio of products from the brand's collections;
- Ensures that the company's policies and procedures are respected, and administrative activities are completed at the end of the day;
- The goal is to use visual merchandising to convert window shoppers into prospects, drive branding and sales objectives and maximize profitability.
