Vendor Planner

• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in automotive industry, procurement or supply chain

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering

• Team player, motivated to work in a complex, global and cross-functional environment
• Very good communication skills ( fluent in English), results driven, creative and innovative problem-solving approach
• Good organizational skills
• Action oriented, ability prioritize and work under pressure
• Analytic, attention to details, responsive and responsible to deliver on commitments
• Computer literacy (MS Office Outlook, Excel)
• Working experience with SAP (or other ERP system would be a plus)

• Responsible for order management from order release until delivery
• Check periodically (weekly / daily) with the suppliers the delivery schedule for the own portfolio of suppliers
• Update constantly delivery information in SAP system
• Track and analyse critical parts (Clear to build)
• Responsible for daily reporting of Clear to build status
• Organize special transport from suppliers (LMS)
• Track the parts throughout their entire road from the supplier to the entry into production
• Check the accuracy of the information from the commercial invoices and from other documents that accompany the goods in transit, to support customs activities
• Work together with Accounting team to ensure correct invoice posting
• Support inventory optimisation
• Follow DNC with suppliers (quantitative and qualitative) and returns, verifies that the supplier is aware of the cause and ensures that he will send other parts necessary for production
• Escalate delivery issues to planning and procurement and implements recovery plans with supplier
• Responsible for reporting and improving delivery performance of suppliers from designated panel
• Operate in SAP according to existing procedures
