Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Analyze commercial demand;
- Document stops/starts in the CAPA product portfolio;
- Coordinate the establishment of a consistent start date in case of contradictory or missing information;
- Document short-term supply and transportation constraints, ensuring their coherence and relevance;
- Generate short-term forecasts based on information received from the Marketing department;
- Develop the weekly Body and Assembly Plant Forecast Book;
- Integrate detailed external scheduling sent by partners;
- Detect and correct directly and/or indirectly scheduling inconsistencies;
- Resolve scheduling anomalies detected by multiple Booklet clients;
- Participate in the standardization of the profession and continuous process improvement;
- Comply with and enforce the code of ethics and conduct;
- Know and enforce confidentiality rules;
- Achieving the objectives set each year at the annual meeting;
- Any other job-specific activity, at the request of superiors.
Requirements:
- Higher education diploma;
- French and English – intermediate level;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of the automotive manufacturing process is an advantage.
