- Review call recordings for quality, completeness and compliance with company standards;
- Identify training needs and communicates them to your supervisor, as needed;

- Recorded call review experience preferred;
- Teamwork and reliability;
- Attention to detail and excellent follow up skills;
- Pleasant, friendly, professional manner;
- A positive attitude, ability to multitask, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and have a genuine interest in people and desire to help;
- English knowledge at an advanced level;
