Your responsibilities:
- A/B Testing Supervision & Implementation: Designing, configuring, and monitoring A/B and multivariate tests on existing web platforms.
- UI/UX Design: Optimizing graphical interfaces and user journeys based on collected data and testing hypotheses.
- Front-End Development (C# / .NET): Technically implementing test variants within the existing front-end environment, integrated into the Microsoft .NET stack.
- Conversion Rate Analysis & Optimization (CRO): Collaborating with marketing and product teams to define KPIs, analyze results, and propose continuous improvements.
- QA & Quality Control: Functionally and visually validating test variants (cross-browser and cross-device) prior to launch.
- UI/UX Design Experience: A demonstrable portfolio of conversion- and usability-focused web interfaces.
- C# / .NET Front-End Knowledge: Experience working with server-side templates (ASP.NET Razor Pages / Web Forms / MVC) or front-end structures tightly integrated with the C# backend.
- A/B Testing Tool Experience: Working with platforms such as Google Optimize / Optimizely or custom A/B testing solutions.
- Core Front-End Skills: Excellent command of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript (vanilla or modern frameworks).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret analytics reports (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Clarity) and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of integration with enterprise CMS systems (e.g., Sitecore, Kentico, or Umbraco).
- Experience in optimizing page load speeds (Core Web Vitals).Understanding of Design System principles and management of reusable components.
