This role requires daily work in shared cloud documents with real-time collaboration. Candidates relying primarily on Excel files will not be a fit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage HR and payroll operations for client companies
- Operate and maintain REGES-ONLINE (internal staff and clients)
- Administer employment contracts and personnel files (digital-first)
- Coordinate payroll workflows with the accounting team
- Support labour inspections and compliance checks
- Contribute practical HR updates to the Piroi™ | Business in Romania mobile app
