- Cash-flow calculation and forecast for investment decision support and reporting purposes, bank reporting and financing;
- Developing financing structures for financing/refinancing allocated portfolio according to CTP Group financing strategy (in terms of financial covenants, securities, financing costs);
- Maintaining the relationship with financing banks on the allocated portfolio;
- Liaising with banks regarding supply of information for the preparation of loan documentation, in order to secure financing/refinancing of the standing portfolio and of the portfolio under construction/acquisition.
- Negotiation of financing structure and costs and of loan documentation;
- Coordination with all the related departments (in Romania and Czech Republic), including legal, accounting, controlling, acquisition of fulfilling related tasks;
- Calculation with respect to development studies and investment analyses;
- Creating models for calculation of commercial conditions and returns of a project;
- Liaising with external auditors regarding the supply of the requested information;
- Perform monitoring of the existing financing agreements and report compliance with bank covenants within the agreed deadlines;
- Liaise with account banks in order to perform specific treasury-related activities
