Candidatul Ideal
- French – B2; English – B2;
- Good knowledge of MyLearning or a similar application;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel;
- Logical thinking, ability to analyze and synthesize information;
- Detail oriented person with good organizational skills;
- Good time management and organization of daily activity;
- Experience in training is a plus;
- Knowledge of Neocase setup (templates, TAT, etc.) is a plus;
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Descrierea jobului
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Manage all requests received through the ticketing system according to the SLA agreed with the client;
- Collect and process information for group creation or modification purposes, extracting it from MyLearning platform or other platforms;
- Consolidates the information for the preparation of the availability groups according to the agreed terms;
- Creates and modify MyLearning groups on request, in accordance with the policies and procedures in place;
- Answers support level 2 questions regarding the availability groups;
- Identifies opportunities to improve one's own performance and training process, systems and tools.
