We are looking for a **Training Administrator** to join the Global Learning & Development team, supporting the organization and coordination of training activities at international level.
**The role plays a critical part in ensuring that training sessions are delivered smoothly, with full ownership of logistics, communication, and administrative accuracy**.
Ensure end-to-end **administrative coordination of training sessions** across multiple regions;
Maintain constant **communication** with external trainers and internal participants, including proactive follow-up via phone and email;
**Confirm participant attendance** and ensure accurate registration, avoiding escalations or last-minute issues;
**Coordinate logistical aspects** such as accommodation, venues, and availability with external providers;
Provide **evaluation summaries** and administrative reporting support;
Maintain accurate **documentation and tracking** of all training-related activities;
Act with a **high level of ownership, self organization and attention to detail** in managing recurring operational processes.
**Full remote work** within Romania, based on a Romanian employment contract (CIM);
