Role Overview:
We are looking for a Bistro Expert passionate about modern culinary concepts and authentic customer experiences, who will actively contribute to defining and implementing the company’s bistro strategy.
The role combines analysis, operational planning, process development, and cross-functional collaboration with the marketing, procurement, operations, and design teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields);
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in developing or managing HoReCa / food retail / coffee shop concepts;
• Strong communication and information-sharing skills;
• Ability to adapt training materials and style to different target audiences;
• Solid understanding of operational, commercial, and customer experience processes;
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and results orientation;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities;
• English language – at least intermediate level;
• Autonomy, initiative, and passion for modern gastronomy;
• Valid Category B driving license.

Main Responsibilities:
• Support local teams in implementing the bistro concept and training staff;
• Participate in building the bistro development strategy (menu, design, operational flows, brand positioning);
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to propose innovative and competitive ideas;
• Contribute to defining operational and commercial standards for bistro locations;
• Collaborate with internal teams to pilot and scale projects (menu testing, service flows, equipment, layout);
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for management, based on field data and feedback;
• Propose partnerships and initiatives that can enhance the visibility and profitability of the bistros.
