Trade Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Trade Marketing Specialist to support the local growth of the Burger King brand. In this role, you’ll bring marketing initiatives to life at restaurant level, coordinate activities around new store openings, and ensure our promotions are flawlessly executed. If you enjoy hands-on field work, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and seeing the impact of your projects directly in-store, we’d love to meet you.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar.
• Overall working experience at least 3 years
• Experience on similar position at least 1 year
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Language skills: English advanced
• Driving license, nice to have

• Planning and organizing events and marketing activations related to new restaurant openings (e.g., social media campaigns, tastings, customer attractions, outdoor activities, etc.).
• Supporting restaurants through Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities – preparing and implementing sales-supporting materials stands, leaflets, posters, banners, directional signs, and other POS materials in line with the brand’s visual identity.
• Ensuring excellent execution of promotions in restaurants – planning and overseeing the implementation of promotional activities and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Planning guidelines for the display of marketing materials in restaurants and monitoring POS material placement – regularly checking sales points and recommending corrective actions for both company-owned and franchise restaurants.
• Building and maintaining relationships with franchisees, communicating planned marketing activities and promotions to them, and monitoring their local implementation.
• Collaborating with suppliers and external agencies on the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Monitor and track the performance of LSM activities and in-store campaigns, providing insights and feedback based on field observations and restaurant KPIs.
