Candidatul Ideal
- 2 - 4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales operations, field marketing, or commercial execution (tobacco industry preferred);
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory; Spanish is considered a strong advantage;
- Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and Spain;
- Experience working with distributors, field sales teams, or multi-country commercial environments is an advantage;
- Proven experience interpreting market data, KPIs, and identifying actionable insights;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sell-in/sell-out data, trade KPIs, and ROI;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools;
- Ability to create clear, structured reports and business recommendations;
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, especially with external partners;
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple tasks across different markets;
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate observations into practical actions.

Through regular market visits, performance analysis, and structured collaboration with partners, this role identifies execution gaps, strengthens trade initiatives, and enhances overall in-market effectiveness.
This is not a direct sales role. Instead, the position focuses on enabling partners, optimizing trade activities, and driving sustainable performance improvements across markets.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with local distributors and sales teams to enhance trade marketing and sales execution standards across Germany and Spain;
- Plan and coordinate trade initiatives and cycle plans, ensuring timely implementation and achievement of country-level KPIs;
- Conduct regular field visits and ride-alongs to observe in-store execution, distribution, and promotion effectiveness;
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide practical recommendations to partner sales teams;
- Track sell-in/sell-out data and trade KPIs to generate actionable insights and performance reports for HQ;
- Support partners in prioritizing activities and allocating trade investments using ROI-based decision making;
- Consolidate field findings, photos, and market observations into structured reports
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends, and share market intelligence;
- Facilitate sharing of best practices across markets to standardize and elevate execution quality;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and business development teams to improve commercial performance.
