Location: Romania - national coverage (frequent travel required)
Main Purpose of the Job:
Ensure the implementation of the company’s strategic development directions across the assigned Romanian region by managing sales performance, growing market share, and leading the subordinate team. The role combines strategic execution, people management, field activity, and technical support to achieve long-term business objectives aligned with company strategy.
Job Profile:
Implement and execute the company’s strategic development directions across the Romanian market.
Manage and develop the subordinate team, including training and professional development of team members.
Directly manage Line Managers and support them in achieving business objectives and performance targets.
Ensure continuous promotion of all products and services through regular contact with existing customers and prospects, working together with Job Site Solutions Specialists in the field.
Provide efficient solutions and technical support related to the innovative range of products and services.
Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the market, products, and their applications.
Participate in fairs, trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Perform any other additional duties in accordance with the requirements of the Line Manager.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales.
Experience or solid knowledge of the construction industry, preferably related to tools and services.
Practically minded, with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
Previous experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
Strong IT skills, including CRM systems, MS Office, PowerPoint, and internet-based tools.
Self-motivated, with the ability to recognize new business opportunities and effectively prioritize activities.
Clean driving license.
English level: C1.
