•Develop, coach and motivate your team, to be successful in achieving their sales targets;
•Contribute to process improvement to help your teams overachieve goals;
•Coach and help your team using proven leadership methodologies to ensure alignment with sales targets growth objectives across multiple customer segments;
•Collaborate closely cross-department to ensure consistent and continuous efficient service delivery.
