- Build and maintain relationships with international carriers and telecom providers.
- Negotiate and finalize carrier agreements (Voice, DID, SIP trunking, SMS, Data Services).
- Continuously optimize buy rates and margins through market and pricing analyses.
- Monitor and manage carrier performance, including SLA oversight and escalation management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) to implement new carrier set-ups.
- Identify new partners and innovative services in the carrier ecosystem.
- Support regulatory and compliance matters in the relevant markets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, or related field (equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in carrier relations, wholesale telecom, or international voice/SMS services.
- Strong negotiations and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and market-pricing acumen.
- Fluent English; German language is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
