The project entails technical troubleshooting for software or hardware. You would be using your writing and speaking skills of French

As a Customer Support Advisor with Ascensos, you will show your passion for technical field by providing exceptional, individualised customer support

The Role:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Prior experience in Customer Support environment would be preferred;
Advanced skills of French;
Good IT skills (troubleshooting) would be preferred;
Experience in using multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac,);
Excellent communication skills and empathy;
Ability to work both in a team and individually;
Focused and Problem solving oriented attitude;
Enthusiasm and Passion;
Ability to learn new skills and adapt.

Key responsibilities include:

Receive by e-mail and phone queries from customers and identifying the best solution for each case;
Respond to all customers queries in a professional manner;
Using troubleshooting IT skills to help the client;
Escalate queries, when necessary, to 2nd level of support;
Maintain contact with other departments in order to fix the clients requests;
Develop and maintain the technical knowledge in order to continuously improve activity;
Be proactive and suggest improvements.

Project’s Working hours:
Monday to Friday - 10:00 to 19:00 CEE
