Experience & Technical Skills
Perform hardware installations according to specified guidelines.
Configure and manage Windows Embedded systems.
Provide application management and support services.
Proficiency in low-level XML language for system configuration.
Conduct debugging activities to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and customizing specialized software solutions used in the restaurant industry. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of these software solutions and optimizing them to meet the specific requirements and processes of clients in the HoReCa industry.

Responsibilities
Installation and configuration of software solutions: You will collaborate with the software development team and clients in the HoReCa industry to implement and configure software solutions according to their needs and requirements. You will ensure compatibility and proper integration of the software with other existing systems and platforms.
Customization and adaptation of software solutions: You will customize and adapt the software solutions to fit the specifications and workflows of clients in the Horeca industry. This may include configuring menus, ordering options, payment processes, and other specific functionalities.
Testing and troubleshooting: You will conduct tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any errors or performance issues. You will work closely with clients and the technical support team to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Training and assistance: You will provide training and assistance to clients in using the implemented software solutions. You will develop training materials and documentation to facilitate the correct and efficient use of the software solutions.
