Technical Responsible (Maintenance)

Profile:

• Completed university technical studies in the field of industry, electro-mechanics, mechatronics
• Professional experience of more than 3 years, in production environment with maintenance related activities
• PC hardware knowledge
• Good ability to process and understand information and to learn new technical skills
• Good communication abilities: communicate effectively, convey the message and engage others
• Positive & Proactive attitude
• Electrician authorization is a plus
• Experience in working in multidisciplinary international teams
• Good organization skills
• English or German language mandatory, needs be able to communicate with the technicians from Miele group
• Availability for longer period of trainings in Germany before start of production

Responsibilities:


Maintaining and repairing of production lines:

• Responsible for the implementation of the maintenance program for equipment, tools and installations; plans, including spare parts management
• Responsible for setting up and adjusting production lines
• Coordinates and carries out preventive maintenance for all equipment and machines in the company
• Carries out, coordinates and documents the setup of new production lines and/or machines and modification on existing production lines and/or machines
• Supervises the external service technicians and makes internal communication with relevant functions within Miele group
• Maintains and updates the database related to preventive and reactive maintenance located in SAP for the equipment that is under direct responsibility
• Analyzes the technical problems generated by the equipment and takes corrective actions;
• Performs electrical failure debug on a variety of equipment

Maintains up-to-date calibration certificates for each piece of equipment that requires periodic calibration

Occupational health and safety: ensures that occupational safety regulations are respected
