Candidatul Ideal

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales of building materials (façades, windows, doors, cladding, or similar).
  • Established network with architects, contractors, developers, and consultants in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in project-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, project locations, and industry events.

Descrierea jobului

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for aluminium architectural products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, construction firms, contractors, and developers.
  • Provide technical consultation and support during the design, tendering, and project execution phases.
  • Collaborate with architects and specifiers to ensure company products are included in project designs and specifications.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical workshops, and site visits for key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, technical submittals, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with customers.
  • Liaise with internal design, engineering, and production teams to align client requirements with feasible solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
