As the Investor, we are looking for a Technical Office Engineer to join our technical office at site for the continuously growing Cosmopolis Project.
- Degree qualified: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Min. 5 years of relevant work experience, min. 2 years of experience at similar position in site technical office
- Good knowledge at AutoCAD and MS Office (excel and word)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision

Responsible for making the quantity measurements with the line of BoQ items for finishing works and rough construction.
Verifying the structural rebar drawings to ensure that the rebar schedule (extras de armature) given by designer is correct.
To launch the rebar order to the suppliers.
To prepare the daily report for manpower according to the data received from the site engineers.

The developer Opus Land Development SA, in 2006 started in Bucharest to its residential project that would include all the characteristics of a Western European city, so project “Cosmopolis” became the first Romanian residential complex that offers all the features. Besides its intelligently mixed villas and blocks, with its recreational areas, one of the biggest strip mall in Romania, more than 60 swimming pools and many other facilities, Cosmopolis became the biggest residential project in Romania with more than 6000 units completed and more than 17.000 residents existent.
