Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy.
- Minimum 5 years of agronomic or technical experience, preferably with field trials and crop inputs.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian agriculture and major crop systems.
- Ability to interpret scientific data and generate technical recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across Romania.
- Fluent Romanian, conversational English language is mandatory.
- Valid driving license.

- Develop and implement the company’s agronomic and technical strategy aligned with commercial goals
- Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of field trials and demonstration platforms across Romania
- Ensure accurate agronomic data collection, interpretation, and reporting for product positioning
- Evaluate new products for suitability in Romanian crop systems and support registration processes
- Collaborate with suppliers to adapt global technologies to local market needs
- Prepare technical documentation, product guides, and recommendations
- Support sales teams during product launches, campaigns, and customer engagements
- Lead, train, and mentor the technical agronomy team.
- Design and deliver technical training programs for sales teams and distribution partners.
- Represent Agrimatco Romania in conferences, agricultural forums, and scientific events
- Maintain relationships with research institutions, universities, and regulatory authorities
- Engage with key farmers and partners to strengthen Agrimatco’s technical credibility
- Provide regular reports on technical performance, trial results, and market insights
- Contribute to annual business planning, product forecasts, and strategic decisions
- Monitor the market data, preparing the marketing analysis and industry presentations for review
