Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Technical Expert in Construction and Site Organisation, work place Bucharest, Permanent contract - Expert Team – Project Managament Division - EnergoNuclear S.A.

To be successful in the role, you should have:
a) Educational Level: Engineer – Long-term higher technical education (Master's/Bachelor of Engineering).
b) Field of Study: Specialization in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Nuclear Engineering.
c) Professional experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in civil/installation engineering roles. Focus on pre-construction and/or construction activities within the power industry. Experience in the nuclear sector is highly preferred.
d) Minimum Experience Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision for power plant projects;
Proven experience in pre-construction/construction sequencing and/or site layout planning;
Over 5 years of participation in "New Build" or "Refurbishment" nuclear projects;
Previous experience working with EPC or EPCM contracts;
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude;
Advanced English proficiency (written, reading, and spoken);
Is an advantage:
Experience in quality control of materials used on site;
Management of technical non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions during the execution phase;
Experience in construction management activities for Candu projects;
Good knowledge in carrying out cost estimation activities, preparing and evaluating offers;
Knowledge of digital construction planning processes;
Postgraduate studies, qualifications or specializations on the Construction field;

Approves the documentation and studies contracted by the company in accordance with the technical requirements and existing planning;
Provides technical consultancy in the Construction discipline, with applicability in the field of nuclear power plant construction and related site organization;
Develops strategies related to the pre-construction, construction and turnover phases;
Provides consultancy for construction work estimation activities;
Develops/verifies specifications, technical specifications, supporting notes of estimated value for procurement documentation for services and works in the Construction field;
Prepares or verifies technical and financial offers;
Participates in technical meetings during the pre-construction and construction phases;
Provides interface with internal/external stakeholders to achieve the company's objectives;
Prepares various activity reports.

EnergoNuclear S.A. was established in 2009 with the objective to construct, commission, and operate Units 3 and 4 of the Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant, utilizing CANDU technology. Currently, SN Nuclearelectrica S.A. holds 100% of the shares of EnergoNuclear S.A.
SNN Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (HAGEA) Resolution No. 12 dated November 14, 2024 decided the approval of the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) Contract for CNE Cernavodă Units 3 and 4. This contract was awarded between EnergoNuclear S.A. and the FCSA Consortium, which consists of Fluor B.V., Fluor Energy Transition Inc. Wilmington Bucharest Branch, Candu Energy Inc., Ansaldo Nucleare S.p.A., S&L Engineers, Ltd., and Sargent & Lundy Energie S.R.L. The primary objectives of this contract include: Developing the required engineering to define the Project, estimation of costs and securing project financing, the obtaining of the Nuclear Safety Authorization for the Construction phase and supporting the Final Investment Decision (FID) to transition into Phase III (Construction).
