• Primarily responsible to ensure process SLA are met or exceeded.

• Has the ability to deliver through people.Deploy and monitor the QMS according to requirements.
• Ability to supervise team and conduct administrative functions
• Able to speak & write fluent German
• Able to produce dashboards and reports in Excel and presentation formats
