Candidatul Ideal
- Experience in a similar position of at least 5 years;
- Higher education in engineering;
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP;
- Advanced knowledge of English - written, spoken. German is an advantage;
- Use of quality tools (FMEA, Fishbone Chart, 5 Why, etc.).

- Training, evaluation, coordination and organization of the team, development and implementation of professional development measures;
- Production and material planning;
- Adjustment of production orders and realization of special programs;
- Managing audit (expertise);
- KPI management: defining, tracking and ensuring the achievement of performance indicators. Proposing solutions for optimizing the production process;
- Analyzing the causes of defects, diagnosing them, establishing their type and way of removal;
- Recording, collecting, monitoring, analyzing, evaluating and reporting data (equipment stations, costs, deadlines, etc.), submitting recommendations for solving, improving and optimizing problems;
- Document coordination: defining, drafting, reviewing, displaying and archiving work instructions, manuals and technical specifications;
- Define, implement and track investment projects and optimizations.
