Hub SME is a “go to” resources providing valuable expertise and consultation advice to SDH, Service Delivery Planners (SDPs), and Marketing Coordinator (MCs). The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly skilled resource with 4-6 years’ and would be responsible for developing a sound understanding of the client databases and relationships between them. You would be required to identify any data anomaly and raise the same to the required forums. The candidate will also be responsible for actively participate on global calls with the clients and represent the data team. The SMCS Hub SME role will work under the direct supervision of Global Data SME.
On HCLTech front, resource should be able to handle the team and provide inputs to the Hub lead regarding the performance.
- Responsible for Data preparation, Data analysis and execution of marketing requests that require data pulls from various data bases.
- Work alongside teams to fulfill clients’ database marketing needs.
- Anticipate problems and facilitate the resolution.
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources including SQL Server, Access, flat data files, fuzzy look ups web-based interfaces and familiar with other relationship databases.
- Sound understanding of the Marketing Concepts and terminologies like audience profile/ segmentation.
- Should be able to suggest required automation in the current process to be able to optimize the delivery time by creating stored procedures and SSIS packages for redundant work.
- Willing to pursue a career in Online and Database Marketing
- Work closely with email marketing team to support on all data related aspects of campaign execution and suggest better process controls to ensure that the quality of data and campaign is not compromised.
- Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
- Work closely with Global SME and Clients to onboard new projects and services
- Closely interact with support team in case of any issue within tools.
- POC for providing solutions to the data team members on technical and process challenges if they get stuck at any point.
- Maintaining operations key matric (AHT, SLA, LTPS)
- Arrange training for the newcomers
