Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination: Lead the operator team and organize daily activities.
Scheduling: Contribute to the creation of work shifts and schedules.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and take prompt action when bottlenecks occur.
Quality Control: Monitor performance and quality indicators.
Operational Support: Provide coaching and hands-on support for team members.
Escalation Management: Handle complex cases that exceed the standard operator level.
Digital Optimization: Use data and digital tools to improve results.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including IT, Claims, Underwriting, and Sales.
