Requirement to fulfill the job:
- Knowledge level: Bachelor Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a financial setting, preferably proven experience in leading a finance team
- Language: Advanced knowledge of English language(B2)
- Specific knowledge / skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Process and program automatization

Job Description
What will you do?
- Lead and supervise a team of professionals within the Treasury, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable area;
- Management of data input and data processing. Know company quality policy and the impact of its activities in achieving quality targets
- Comprehensive reporting to internal and external relations about internal financial processes and possible inconsistencies. Monitor and review quality/format of all accounting operations including billing, payroll, A/R, A/P, GL and counsel, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition, analyze financial data’s.and follow up challenges to achieve efficiency.
- Booking month end journals, prepare and publish timely monthly financial reports and being involved in budget/forecast preparation
- Assist and support the internal, external and fiscal audits by providing the requested documentation;
- Management and coaching the team and expertise sharing with colleagues
- Monitoring and driving continuous improvement of administrative processes. Actively participate to the digitalization and automatization of processes.
- Adherence to compliance requirements within specific expertise area. Manage and comply with local, state, and government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Actively communicating with internal colleagues (IT, Finance, local offices- fssc), external partners and development teams to serve the business in the most effective way.
- At the request of the superior (or other persons established by him/her, or through internal regulations and norms), he/she may perform other tasks or take over the tasks of other employees within the organization.
