Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the revenue team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and execute proactive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
Ensure structured reporting to the Head of Sales, with clear analysis and actionable insights
Continuously analyze revenue streams, KPIs, and market trends to support data-driven decisions
Monitor competitor activity and proactively adapt strategies to maintain a competitive advantage
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on revenue initiatives
Prepare reliable forecasts and performance reports
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales leadership
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (German & English)
Analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate data and provide well-prepared recommendations
Strong people management and coaching skills
