We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemistry Teacher to join our International School’s Senior School team, delivering lessons at the Cambridge AS/AL and IGCSE levels. The successful candidate will become part of a vibrant, multicultural educational community offering a full secondary pathway in an independent international school environment.

The school is BSO accredited and fully authorised by Cambridge Assessment International Education. It offers the National Curriculum of England and Wales, with academic pathways leading to IGCSE and A-Level examinations. With approximately 700 students and over 100 teachers representing more than 35 nationalities, the school fosters global awareness, leadership, critical thinking and creative problem-solving within a modern and inclusive campus environment.
Role & responsibilities:
Teach Chemistry to students at IGCSE and AS/AL levels, planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the Cambridge curriculum.
Develop and maintain high standards of student achievement, behaviour and engagement.
Prepare students effectively for external examinations (IGCSE, A-Level) through appropriate assessment, feedback and support.
Collaborate with subject colleagues, share best practice and contribute to the continuous development of the Science department.
Support the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities, pastoral duties and school events.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, communicate with parents/guardians and participate in professional development.
