* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Industrial /Organizational Psychology.
* Minimum of 3 years previous experience in human resources.
* Fluency in English.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven team player with excellent communication and people skills who can effectively interface and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.

As Talent Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals in EMEA and more specifically for the Support Hub in Cluj.



How will your average work day look like?



* Partner with Executives, Site Leaders and Managers to maximize Talent Management impact, offering support and partnership.
* Lead Support Hub Academy - Cluj Training Faculty. Builds and maintains the central and local training plans for Support Hub Academy, working closely with Trainers and Subject Matter Expert, in order to cover the mapped training needs.
* Populate sessions, coordinates courses delivery: courses opening, online sessions set up and completion, residential class; hospitality arrangements; offers support to students and trainer for each session to be effective and successful.
* Facilitate workshops, classroom trainings and virtual trainings.
* Support talent processes throughout the year to drive our high-performance culture .
* Support the planning and execution of succession planning within the organization, focusing on critical roles, developing talent maps and re-enforcing follow up on development plans and actions.
* Support development, implementation and management of career progression and skill-based models (in partnership with HR Business Partners).
* Actively participate in global Talent Management projects, to shape the talent landscape of Vertiv.
* Develop and implement learning strategies and programs supporting the strategic priorities identified by the Global Council and the Talent Management Function.
* Collect and analyze data.
* Generate regular reports and metrics to track the success of initiatives.
* Use insights from data analysis to drive decision-making.
