Scope: You will manage the development activities for the region to provide an adequate and continuous flow of qualified personnel. Implements development policies to ensure the best human resources for Tenaris. Coordinate Recruiting & Selection activities in the region. Lead and coordinates training activities for the Region in compliance with global TenarisUniversity guidelines.
Descrierea jobului
- coordinate the implementation of career plans in the Region by relating current personnel with defined key positions.
- ensure the development of key personnel
- identify and responds to position requirements by identifying and securing the necessary resources for the area.
- analyze organizational structures and future objectives to ensure selected resources are adequately integrated into Tenaris organization
- ensure the application of the Performance Appraisal Process
- coordinate the People Review Process in the Region by monitoring the talent pool, identifying and forecasting open positions, and analyzing and proposing transfers and promotions.
- maintain relationship with educational institutions to ensure adequate flow of qualified personnel for future employment with Tenaris and availability of viable candidates in accordance with Annual Recruitment Program.
- coordinate design and execution of Internship Program.
- asses training and development needs for the Region's employees by coordinating the Annual Training Plan and collaborating with the Development department.
- Select appropriate training providers and ensures the effective execution of training activities
- maintain records of training activities and employee progress toward obtaining development objectives
- monitor the adequate management and optimization of internal and external training resources.
- prepare and manages annual budget
- ensure the preparation of reports / analysis requested by the line managers / HR managers, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis
