Talent Acquisition Analyst with German

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HRs to stay updated of current and future hiring and business needs for each assigned country/region
* Establish the recruitment sources and perform active searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media and employee referrals
* Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
* Execute the selection and hiring process (organizing and conducting interviews)
* Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations
* Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
* Represent the company at job fairs and other Employer Branding events

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
* University Degree
* 1 year relevant HR and recruitment experience in an international environment
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Proficient English and German language skills (verbal and written).
