Demonstrate achievement and experience based on the segments in the Professional competency level
Experience in complex negotiation

Knowledge of contract layout and relevant legal aspects
Education and Qualification
University degree
English – advanced level
PC Skills (Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - advanced level
Any Procurement globally recognized certification will be considered a plus.

Conducting tenders in line with the Procurement Procedure and according to the current strategies of the company
Receiving procurement requests from internal customers and preparing the acquisition process, establishing the Rfx package (timing, selection criteria, sourcing project team, suppliers list, etc.)
Proactively generates the reduction and/or avoidance of costs outside of those defined Leading negotiation sessions with suppliers using customized tactics, to ensure cost-effective purchasing of required goods and services
Drive continuous improvement in QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) of procurement products or services in alignment with the respective category strategies.
Actively deals with supplier escalations
Actively manages contracts within the respective category
Create and Review Master Agreements and other type of Contracts
Proactively tracks expiring contracts and plans/initiates re-negotiations prior to expiration
Actively collaborate with NEPI Rockcastle Group’s internal departments with the aim of increasing satisfaction
Drive world-class performance from the supply base
Negotiate, prepare, and finalize contracts and agreements for assigned categories with legal support
