Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Good Microsoft office package and advance Excel skill
- Good knowledge of SAP WMS
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position
- Understanding of 3PL DC operations processes and cost drivers
- Solid knowledge of the DC systems landscape and system updates, technology related development needs, priorities, and projects/ roll-outs
- Functional competencies for supporting technology and system-related operations and incidents
- Proactivity in problem-solving and hands-on attitude to resolving incidents
- Ability to understand and apply new system features/ updates within a given time frame
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Ability to collaborate and co-create with others
- Agile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth

Important Responsibilities and Work Tasks
Our offer:
- Support 3PL super users in the day-to-day work and act as an advanced system user within the 3PL DC:
- Conduct system clean-up and system routines
- Support on daily system-related issues
- Feedback to Operational Business Expert/ 3PL DC Manager
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and reporting
- Maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by ensuring system-related best practice guidelines are followed, all flow systems are working, and IT system related procedures are implemented
- Identify and suggest improvement opportunities and/ or need for 3PL DC operations
- Responsible for training 3PL team leaders on any new functionalities on the system or any improvement
- Ensure well-functioning WHM & overarching WH Control System
- Support 3PL DC operations
- Monitor system functionality and new system functionality developments, incl. interfaces WMS, WCS and PLC
