Key responsibilities:

· Supply planning and inventory management

· Develop and drive inventory strategies that support company targets for revenue, service levels, and cost efficiency.

· Maintain the long-term supply plan for the assigned Business Area, identifying risks and opportunities related to demand, capacity, and other constraints.

· Ensure an actionable short-term supply plan by creating warehouse replenishment orders and purchase orders.

· Performance monitoring and stakeholder communication

· Monitor supply plan performance and analyze changes related to production, demand, and logistics.

· Clearly communicate impacts, recommended actions, and required follow-up to relevant stakeholders.

· Provide product availability information to internal and external customers.

· Product availability and process development

· Ensure product availability by translating demand into supply requirements, including requirements for new and discontinued products.

· Participate in the development and automation of supply planning processes to improve efficiency and support cost savings.

What we expect from you:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

· 3 - 4 years of professional experience in supply chain planning or a similar field.

· Solid knowledge and understanding of inventory management principles.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Strong analytical skills complemented by excellent problem-solving abilities.

· Good English business communication skills.

· Ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a multicultural environment.
