Education: University Degree or student
Core knowledge, competencies & skills:
Solid MS Excel skills, ability to understand systems, previous experience with SAP is an advantage.
Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook. Knowledge of Poweer BI is a plus.
Fluent in English and Romanian.

Contributes to the development of the company Opella Healthcare Romania (part of the Sanofi Romania), by tracking the flow of goods and services from supplier to consumer according to the company procedures.

Monitoring inventory, sales and receptions through KPIs such as: stock in trade level and accuracy of reporting, service level, planning adherence and deviations, inventory destruction risk, supply risks and opportunities. Informing the concerned stakeholders in case of deviations.
Preparing report of stock and commercial movements for internal use or for Health Authorities
Reviewing inventory levels as per the local procedures to detect risk of stock rupture or inventory obsolence.
Developing and implementing new reports aiming to streamline the current processes.
Supporting the department through the ongoing projects of automatization.
Supporting the packaging change program, requesting and then tracking the implmentation of artwork changes as per the SOPs in place, and using the dedicated tool. Collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Quality to ensure alignment on final text and design of packs.
Support in new launches, manufacturing site switches and for product end of life.
Tracking demand and supply variations and their impact.
Maintaining records of all changes in an organized database.
Tracking accuracy of data between the systems used, both in upstream and in downstream.
Centralization and coordination of complaints, packaging changes and product returns together with Quality Department;
Working in a GDP environment, and ensuring formal documentation of required processes.
Coordinating with other members of the supply chain team and with neighbouring functions to ensure alignment on next steps.
