Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a Technical field;
- Proven management experience;
- Experience in working with SAP,
- Advanced knowledge of the English language;
- Proven skills of analysis and synthesis on complex situations and efficient application of 6Sigma tools;
- Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication of both technical and non-technical topics;
- Determined and result-oriented person.

- Responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world-class service;
- Establishes the annual budget and monitors its implementation and compliance;
- Ensures the logistics interface between the factory and customers;
- Accountable for achieving customer delivery performance targets;
- Coordinates logistics activities, production, and supplier planning, and the delivery of products to the factory’s customers;
- Provides support and expertise in defining and optimizing transport flows;
- Establishes, implements, and ensures best practices for inventory optimization while maintaining customer delivery performance;
- Defines and implements strategies to improve physical flow, including transportation, warehousing, packaging, identification, and labeling;
- Drives continuous improvement of plant performance by consistently identifying waste elimination opportunities and proposing enhancement solutions within own area of responsibility and across the factory;
- Implements best-in-class supply chain practices to ensure product availability and optimize cash flow;
- Oversees human resource management processes within the Supply and Logistics function.
