For our client, a premier global automotive manufacturer, we are searching for a Supply Chain & Distribution Specialist with German to join the Bucharest-based team. You will directly contribute to synchronizing the global distribution network, securing a seamless and predictable supply of passenger vehicles across international destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process critical prioritization requests for vehicle units encountering distribution bottlenecks or shipping delays.

• Coordinate release and routing protocols for orders temporarily held for technical rework.

• Track and correct transport itineraries, ensuring rigorous data accuracy for rerouted shipments.

• Drive operational interventions to maintain end-to-end distribution flow, facilitating the prompt loading and handover of vehicles.

• Monitor adherence to market-specific compliance standards, regional guidelines, and fulfillment milestones for finished orders.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional fluency (both oral and written) in German and English.

• Solid proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced working knowledge of Excel.

• Strong analytical mindset with a systematic approach to prioritizing competing deadlines under pressure.

• Proactive mindset, assertiveness, and sound problem-solving abilities.

• High team orientation alongside clear, diplomatic cross-functional communication skills.
