Your responsibilities:
- Comprehensive store management
- Realization of the assumed sales results and KPIs
- Working with the product based on sales results and VM standards
- Constant supervision over maintaining the appropriate image of the store
- Recruiting, motivating and training of the team
- Active, professional customer service and sales
- Ensuring compliance with internal company procedures
- Building a positive image of the store and brand
