- Ensure that all customers receive the highest level of service.
- Maximize selling during heavy traffic periods. Ensure sales floor is supervised appropriately.
- Create long-term relationships with customers and nurtures repeat business.
- Make appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations.
- Seek out business opportunities within the community and communicates relevant information to Corporate Sales/Marketing/PR.
- Responsible for conducting physical inventory counts as necessary.
- Responsible for accuracy of all orders placed and received.
- Maintain a regular employee schedule, designed to meet the needs of the business throughout the year.
- Coach employees to achieve their optimum professional development.
- Monitor and achieve together with the team the store KPIs (e.x: conversion rate, number of transactions a day, number of items per transaction, value of transactions, etc.).
- Oversee maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
- Maintain adequate stock mix and ideal flow (including collateral, samples, and new products).
