- Experience in building teams through recruitment, onboarding, and development
- Ability to analyze sales results, draw conclusions, and achieve optimal sales performance
- A strong leader who values teamwork
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for training others
- Eager to learn new things and grow professionally
- Open to change and quick to adapt to new circumstances
- Proficiency in English

- Participate in an exciting project: the launch of a new concept
- Take responsibility for recruiting and developing the store team
- Motivate and support the team to achieve the best results
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide feedback to the store team
- Implement daily operational and merchandising standards
- Monitor loss prevention strategies, including regular audits
- Manage the store’s sales budget, costs, and efficiency (analyzing, drawing conclusions, and creating action plans)
- Collaborate with the regional team: Regional Sales Manager, Regional HRBP, Regional VM
- Exciting work on the implementation of a new concept
