Education and Experience:
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Specific market knowledge related to the company's industry
- Experience in negotiation, managing customer relationships, and developing a client portfolio
- Ability to communicate, be influential, and credible at all levels of the organization
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Intermediate English language skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced changing environment
- Interpersonal savvy: strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple projects to deadline
- Strong analytical skills with focus on interpreting and presenting data and also proposing solutions
- Proactive approach, advanced problem solving and resolution skills
- Self-starter who shows initiative, agility, and flexibility

In this position, our future colleague will be responsible for achieving the company's sales objectives by coordinating and monitoring relationships with clients in the DYI Market. He/She will implement an effective sales strategy aimed at expanding the customer base and strengthening the company's presence in the market. The role will involve both office-based operations and frequent national travel for direct client meetings.
