• Strong technical background in mechanical or marine engineering
• Experience in shipyards would be considered very favourably
• Experience in supervision or as a lead person
• Strong communication skills in English

• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to employees assigned to the task, in
discussion with the Operations Manager as needed.
• To monitor productivity and quality of the team members.
• Assist in the preparation of planning schedules and material requirements.
• To ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Mobility
We can consider a 12 working weeks/ 3 weeks return home package or a mobility
package to support permanent transfer to Malta.
Salary: 1800-2200 euro/luna
