Role Description
The Specialist Order Management – Sales Support is a full-time, on-site role based in Otopeni.
This role is responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and coordinating with internal teams to support the sales cycle from quotation to delivery.
Day-to-day activities include verifying order details, monitoring order status, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining up-to-date records in the order management systems.
The specialist communicates regularly with customers and sales colleagues to provide information on product availability, lead times, and order changes, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing order-related data, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
Strong Order Management and Order Processing skills, with experience handling end-to-end order workflows.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to review data, identify issues, and support decision-making in sales support activities.
Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building long-term professional relationships.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP experience is a plus) and good proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to work accurately, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Relevant experience in sales support, logistics, or order management; experience in technical or industrial products is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Professional working proficiency in English.
