We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Logistics Coordinator to join our team, with a primary focus on supporting employees undertaking international assignments.
You will coordinate and manage all aspects of mobility related to the international assignments, tax compliance, and employee support throughout the assignment lifecycle. This role serves as the main point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring smooth transitions, compliance with local and international regulations, and positive employee experience.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Manage Global Mobility Assignments: Oversee the end-to-end process of cross-border assignments, including EU postings and non-EU secondments, covering immigration, tax, social security, employment law, and compliance aspects.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment laws in collaboration with external legal counsel or immigration specialists. Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, tax regulations, and global mobility best practices to proactively update policies and advise stakeholders.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding global mobility policies, processes, and requirements in the End-to-End process. Serve as the primary liaison for employees and managers on all matters related to international mobility, providing guidance and support throughout the assignment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, business, payroll, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of international assignments, including compensation and benefits.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as tax consultants.
  • Policy Development: Assist in customizing and updating global mobility policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with European regulations.
  • Repatriation Support: Provide guidance and support for repatriation processes and career development for employees returning from international assignments.
  • Perform other related duties as required/assigned.

Job Description

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or related HR roles.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws, international tax implications, and relocation logistics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and global mobility management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High cultural sensitivity and experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Experience with international assignment compensation and benefits.
  • Familiarity with global mobility compliance requirements across multiple countries.
  • Experience coordinating relocation services such as housing, schooling, and healthcare.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with evolving global mobility regulations.
