• Atingerea volumelor de originare tintite si executarea planurilor zilnice de originare in linie cu strategia de business.
• Gestionarea expunerii clientilor si reducerea riscurilor de credit si default in stransa colaborare cu partenerii din legal si comercial.
• Negocierea si incheierea contractelor si sustinerea executiei in toate etapele, in coordonare cu echipele de executie si logistica.
• Monitorizarea pietelor agricole (cerere si oferta, preturi, conditiile culturilor) si pregatirea de rapoarte regulate pentru sustinerea deciziilor comerciale.
