Locatie / judete alocate:
- Oradea (judetele Satu Mare, Maramures)
- Braila (judetul Vrancea)
- Brasov (judetele Covasna, Harghita)
- Craiova (judetele Gorj, Mehedinti)
- Studii medii sau superioare, preferabil tehnice (mecanica, electromecanica, agronomie, inginerie mecanica)
- Experienta minima 2–3 ani in vanzari de piese sau produse tehnice; experienta in utilaje agricole reprezinta avantaj major
- Cunostinte tehnice solide privind componentele mecanice si functionarea utilajelor agricole
- Abilitati IT: pachet Office, e-mail, aplicatii interne de gestiune
- Limba engleza nivel mediu pentru utilizarea programelor si cataloagelor
- Competente personale: autonomie, orientare catre rezultat, planificare, perseverenta, rezistenta la stres, adaptabilitate
- Profil comportamental: persoana dinamica, sociabila, obisnuita cu munca de teren si interactiune directa cu clientii
Aspecte operationale:
- Activitate sezoniera, cu varfuri in perioada de recoltare, necesitand flexibilitate orara
- Organizarea zilei de lucru si a vizitelor la clienti in mod autonom
- Colaborare stransa cu parts counter si Service Team Leader pentru gestionarea comenzilor si solicitari tehnice
Descrierea jobului
- Prospectarea pietei si vizite regulate la clienti (aprox. 70% teren / 30% birou)
- Identificarea corecta a pieselor folosind programe tehnice (CNH, Vaderstad, Maschio si alte branduri)
- Crearea si transmiterea ofertelor, urmarirea comenzilor si coordonarea livrarilor
- Gestionarea portofoliului de clienti alocati si dezvoltarea de noi relatii comerciale
- Interactiune stransa cu colegii din filiale (parts counter) si echipa de suport tehnic din sediul central
- Planificarea autonoma a activitatii zilnice si optimizarea rutelor pentru eficienta.
